The Power of "And": Embracing Complexity in Our Emotions

We often think of our feelings as simple, straightforward experiences. But the reality is that our emotional lives are far more complex and nuanced. One of the most powerful realizations we can have is understanding that two seemingly contradictory things can be true at once. This is the power of "and."

Why do I feel multiple emotions at once?
