Myofascial Release: A Holistic Approach to Healing
John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) approach is a specialized manual therapy that releases the fascial system to promote greater ease in movement. The fascial system is a three dimensional web that connects and surrounds every muscle, organ, cell, and system in the body.
Treatment is based on treating the fascial system to help restore balance. By releasing the fascial restrictions throughout your body with this gentle hands on approach, MFR will help in decreasing pain while increasing function, blood flow, and overall health.
